I'm sorry Vodafone but it's time you woke up and smelt the coffee..

unlimited data at a plans for those of us who ask should be offered, the price your charging me per month for data across 3 devices is a complete joke when other networks are or have offered unlimited...

working awaay from from home I use an abundance of data, my viewing is capped part way through the month as I'm out or nearly out and have to revert back to downloading at weekends to ensure I have enough to watch when away.

you need to offer long term loyal customers a package, we are the ones that stay with you for 16 years plus and get treated worse than a new customer most of the time..

sort it out Vodafone.

Hi,

In my opinion data is the most expensive part of a service for the networks to provide. 

As seen on other Networks such as Giffgaff when they provided unlimited data GOodybags this was misused causing slow internet speeds etc. 

May I ask what your current data allowance is ?

Have you perhaps looked at increasing it ?

Data can be added if you wished too.

My data allowance on 3 items is 45gb but they cannot give any more on any one individual package..

i go go through the above most months as I'm away 25 nights a month and well 25 into 45 don't go.

The wifi that is available in some places is so weak that it's no use nor ornament to me, whenever I can find wifi I use it... I have but at home so as to tap into but openzone etc, but that's no use either..

living in in a truck is hard enough and with a company not able to offer me more is getting harder as we live in a data driven society now, but some of us need more than others...

cant just oust leave and go elsewhere as they would not take on 6 lines straight away which is what I have with vodka, so I'm held over a barrel to a degree..

Understand what your saying. 

For me your usage habits are holding you over a barrel. 

If this was my situation I'd have a back up Payg SIM card that gives unlimited data usage. 

Obviously in an ideal world you'd be given what you want but sadly it's not a world we live in.
