When attempting to checkout it tells me:
Sorry there has been 1 error(s)
This field is mandatory. Please enter your title from the list
The only issue, there isn't a title box or dropdown visible. The field is hidden/missing.
I've tried this transaction in Chrome, Edge and IE and all afford the same results.
Time to get the devs involved to check and see what's up with the website.

Ah ok I see your issue...
I still get a slightly different screen when logged in though...
Is it a Sure Signal you were trying to order?
The steps I used are as follows (I did this in an incognito window to ensure no preexisting cookies or cahced data were interfering):
I wonder if the title is missing from your account...
If you log into My accoount online and navigate to the Personal details screen (under Manage Account settings) does it have the title correctly populated as below?

Have you tried clearing caches and cookies.
Try another computer as any security suite or pop up blocker maybe affecting checking out.
Maybe Cust service on 191 or via a computer use Live Chat to help complete what your trying to do.

Something you said clicked for me. I logged into my account and sure enough my personal detail are inaccurate; of course I cannot change my blank title to Mr.

@Anonymous give customer services a shout (191 from your phone or Live Chat) they should be able to update the details on your account, you'll then (hopefully) be able to complete your order. You might even be able to wangle a little something for the inconvenience of course :smileywink:
