Sending texts to a specific number

One friend cannot receive my texts. She can text me, and we can call each other, but when I text her my iPhone says delivered but she never actually receives. I have reset my network settings, and I have tried deleting the contact and re-adding. Any help gratefully received!

I've just got one of those ridiculous emails from a Jagruti (surname removed) (Customer Service Agent) asking me to send in all my company ID to prove I am who I say I am. As I'm not asking for any privileged information but merely asking Vodafone to sort out a problem, I'm not going to bother any more with this obstructive kind of "customer care".

 

He/she obviously hasn't even read my post properly as he/she seems to think texting to one number is the problem, whereas I clearly pointed out earlier I have the problem with both an O2 recipient and a Vodafone client- at least. there could be others I'm not aware of as I have pretty much stopped using Voda SMS as a result of this issue.
