we do need a bit more though to help us find the solution.
- In the old laptop is it running XP, Windows 7, Vista?
- What is the error message you are getting?
- Is the SIM a data SIM card or a normal one?
- Have you tried uninstalling and then re-installing Vodafone Mobile Connect?
