Sim Card Registration

Hi, 

im just wondering how to re activate a sim card which i was using last year for a while which has become inactive. it wont register on any network when i put it into a phone.  no online chat available or phoned customer care not available

Welcome to the Community.

If the SIM was PAYG, it will have been disconnected from the network for non use.

Your only option is a new SIM.  Please see below to order online or pop into a Vodafone Store.
