I recently lost my mobile and ordered a replacement Sim Card from Vodafone but I cannot complete the Sim swap, I have been onto the website and started the Sim Swap, I get to the point where it asks "Can you receive text messages" , I put No and it tells me to Contact customer services.
I contact customer services and they redirect me to the Sim Swap page again which I cannot complete, they have said it should take me to a Sim Swap form but this only seems to apply to pay monthly customers.
Can someone help?

Can you get to a Vodafone High street Store because you need a blank sim card to sim swap with.
The sim card sent out may already have a number assigned to it
The store can sim swap in-house for you.
