Hi. The longest I've known it take is 48 hours (usually 12 hours whenever I've done it with one of my own SIMs). Have you tried powering the phone off then on again to reboot it on the network? If it still doesn't work you'd need to speak to customer services directly as they'd need to access your number and details securely. You could do this in store or use the contact form and go through to an option for live web chat
