Sim card not registering.

A couple of weeks ago i had to have a replacement sim card as my phone kept informing me my sim card isnt registering. Now the same problem is happening with my new sim card.

I can only believe the problem lies with the phone.

I've just tried to navigate vodaphones 191 service to talk to someone but cant seem to find the right extension.

Any ideas.

Well i popped down to my local vodafone shop to get my phone off to be repaired, but have had to borrow a old phone off a mate because they had no loan phones left and all my old ones are locked on a different network.

Had a message off them the other day tell me they have received the phone at their repair centre and that i could track its progress on line, but this seems to be like my phone and doesn't work.

Hopefully i will hear something soon and it will restore my faith of vodafone
