Single Top-up By Credit Card Problems

Hello,

I'm trying to do a single top-up via credit card using My Account and I'm getting this error:

Sorry we are not able to process your request yet.....

• A temporary error has prevented us from registering your card. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this has caused. We hope to resolve this problem very soon, so please try again later.
  

I've been trying for the past two or three days without success. My credit card is registered in Australia. Is this a problem? Or do you know whether the top-up facility is unavailable for other people as well?

Hi jhall,

The online top-up facility will only accept UK registered credit cards. Sorry.
