I don't get it. My Red Value Entertainment contract is supposed to include Sky Sports Mobile, but when go to the link in the text message (https://offers.vodafone.com/gb), it says I can subscribe for £4.99/month.
Then if I click subscribe it says:
We are sorry
An error that could not be fixed occurred, please reload the page and try again.
Keeps doing that no matter how many times I try or different browsers, devices. Is it a scam?

Well that's a strange way to deal with queries - the mystery private message send me a code to enter into another website form which asks me to describe the problem (again) then sends me an email saying would I like to view website FAQs.

So, somebody called me, asked me to tell them the problem [again], put me on hold and told me:
"I've spoken to our Technical team and they've added on the Entertainment pack onto your account, as it wasn't on there before.
You should receive a link to your phone shortly.
Please wait two hours before you click on the link to subscribe.
This should then give you the free option and not the chargeable one."
That was yesterday. Nobody sent any link so far.
