Was on Plusnet fibre averaging 32Mbpps. Changed to Vodafone several months ago and now average 24mbpps.
Complained and finally had BT guy round. Checked everything out and said I am receiving 32mbpps into the box so it is probably the router.
My laptop is 10' from the router with an unobstructed line of sight. Contacted Vodafone who tried to blame it on signals from outside boxes. I may be a silly 76 year old git but I cannot believe what they are claiming.
It worked OK on Plusnet and the nearest property is over 200 feet away.
Any ideas and suggestions appreciated, especially at Dummy level

Hi
I'm not on Vodafone broadband but was having similar speed issues.
I connect via wireless.
I split the frequencies on my router to 2.4ghz and 5gzh and switch between the two. Also I change wireless channel which can Lao help.
If usinga wired connection try another ethernet cable.

@axus are you able to plug your laptop into the router and do a speed test?
This will help identify if the entire router is at fault or whether it's an issue with wireless interference.
