Smart first 7 unlock pattern

Yes my daughter as put a pattern on her smart first 7 phone and she carnt remember what it is could anybody help me do it for her please

@steelclare34201 - You can reset the phone without having to unlock it, however this will result in anything saved on the phone and not backed up, being lost.

You can do this as follows:

1. Hold down the power key for a few seconds
2. press and hold the volume up + power button at the same time for about 10 seconds.
3. Release the button once you see the Vodafone logo in front of you.
4. To enter the recovery mode, hold down the power key for a short while.
5. Then choose "wipe data/factory reset" by using the volume buttons to navigate and the power button to confirm.
6. Select "Yes - delete all user data".
7. Restart the phone by selecting "reboot system now".
8. The phone should begin the factory reset operation.
