Smart ultra 6 'recent' key stopped working

The right of the three soft' keys has just stopped working. The home and back keys are fine as is the rest of the phone. Any help appreciated.

You can try a factory reset.  If this does not work and there are still problems, follow the repair link below.

First Try turning the phone Off, battery pull if applicable, and then after a few minutes turn it back On.
