So angry!! Been lied to by vodafone CS!!!

Ordered handset on Sunday was told would receive text/ email to advise of delivery..... Nothing! Phoned on Thursday and was told all customers would receive text that day.... Still nothing! Was also told new price plan would start when received new sim and handset..... Old sim de activated at 2am! Phoned CS Again yesterday morning to be told would def get handset yesterday..... Nothing!! Phoned again and was told handset would be delivered at 9.48 last night..... Surprise surprise nothing!! Not sure if text has gone to de activated sim..... Can't get an answer from CS other than lies!! Help!!!!

I had the same issue, they kept infomring me for 1 week the confirmation would come, but it never. Save yourself the hassle and cancel and order elsewhere, or re-order with voda

Still had no email! However did manage to get a tracking number from CS This morning and DPD site says estimated delivery Monday! Spoke to someone at DPD who advised that the handset was in warehouse and would be dispatched from local depot on Monday! Have logged a formal complaint ..... Have all live chat conversations on screen shot! Absolutely appalling bare faced lie after lie!!!

this all just get from bad to worse...and such unnecessary fabrications as well. Why or why or why isn't Vodafone just managing something so simple in the correct manner.
