Hello,
I posted in this thread a couple of months ago:
Now, my Sure Signal has started displaying a new fault. The red light is solid, and no other lights are showing. This isn't covered in your helpful guide to the different error conditions:
Switching the Sure Signal off and then on again doesn't do anything, and it's been like this for a couple of days now.
What can I do to fix this?

Hi folks,
TomCatchsides - Is everything working OK now? It can take up to an hour to come back online fully.
Frazer - Your unit failed to download an update back in September which is why you're seeing this. I've manually pushed the update out to you so could you do a reset to complete the action? Remember to give it an hour or so to come back online.

Hi AlanHastings,
Your Sure Signal hasn't connected to the server since 09/02/2014.
I've done a resync for you. To complete it:
-Hold in the reset button until all lights go solid
-Pull the power lead out with the reset button still pushed in
-Continue to hold down the reset button and reconnect the power lead
-Wait for all lights to come on and then release the reset button
It may possible be the upload speed that is causing the issue.

Hi Ian,i've just done the reset part but the lights haven't come on but the red light has gone of now,held it for a couple of minutes and pulled the plug, plugged it back in relaeased the reset and nothing,no lights now.could you please advise.thanks.Alan

If you’re not even getting a power light anymore, I’d get this sent away for a free warranty repair.

Hi, the power light is back on steady but the internet light is fading of and on ,of and on etc .i think if we can't sort this problem i will send it off to get sorted.please advise.thanks Alan

Hi James , the method to sort my problem with the suresignal doesn'tseem to work,can you give me the direct link to who i should phone to sort the problem or do i have to travel 80 miles to speak to someone about this problem face two face,please advise :smileyfrustrated:
