Due to android's kernel being lisensed under the GPL, you are required to release the source code for all of your devices. There is no reason not to, anyway.
Well, the smart turbo 7 doesn't even have a link, smart 4 max links to a nonexistent page, and the smart 4 turbo's links to that of some other phone. Many other phones just don't have a page.
