Spotify premium subscription keeps disappearing

Twice now I've had to contact Vodafone to get my inclusive Spotify Premium re-enabled. Premium registers and works fine when I first contacted Vodafone, it worked for about a month. Then I noticed I was gettign adverts (while still logged in) and checked the subscription, it had dropped off to free. I contacted Support and they reset something and I re-registered and got it again, repat this once more and I'm where I am today ... again with a free version of spotify while I'm supposed to have premium as included in my plan. 

It's frustrating! I've tried to text entertainment, but when I go to the link it only offers me sky sport mobile for £5 per month... I don't want sky sports mobile, I need my spotify premium (the adverts are SO lame!).

I wonder if its something on the iPhone 6 that jinxes it all up? Any ideas.
