Could one of you fine customer service types please get in touch? I'd love to get an exact figure on how much it would cost to pay off the remaining months of my contract - the upgrade eligibility date is the 29th of June but the charger socket on my iphone5 is giving me grief and I'm not sure I want to pay £200 for a replacement (despite having had it for less than two years, apparently Apple still don't bother with European warranties and all that). I'm not sure exactly how long the contract runs after the date I can upgrade, so if I can get an exact figure that would help (i.e. if it's below £200 then it might be a go-er).
