Hi, I bought and registered my VSS ver3 a few weeks ago and it used to work. The past week it has been having issues and now it doesn't seem to work at all.
Power light is on and steady.
Internet light slowly flashes for a few mins then turns off - it does this constantly and it seems never to get to steady.
I've tried resetting it, unplugging it, moving it from my main hub to an alternative hub.

VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
