Hi all
I've had a SS2 for 2ish years now and it's worked fine with my Blackberry. I just swapped to a iPhone5C and I've transferred the sim across and it otherwise works...
...except for when I'm in the house where I need the SS to work. The SS doesn't seem to recognise the phone and I've tried assorted power on/off, resets etc. After a few hours of messing around I figured I'd try to deregister the phone and try again from the start, only the next snag is now I've removed the phone I can't seem to find how to re-register it as I think it was all set up under an old phone number.
So my first question is, how on earth do I access the SS settings for a box that was registered to an old account I don't have the details for? Box 40113154468
I am hoping if I can jump this hurdle, the rest will be solved...

p.s. if someone from Vodafone can ping me please, I think resetting the box is a good way to the solution?
I can provide credentials, just not do it due to closed account.

Hi frozen,
Thanks for posting.
You will need to access your Sure Signal via My Account.
Then register another mobile number as the main one.
You can find a help video here, which will show you how to do this.
