Sure Signal 2 no lights on at all, not even power light is on

Hi,
I've had this for around 3.5 years and all has been good until recently, when it seems to of completely failed. I can't even get the power light to come on, if the plug had a changeable fuse I'd be looking to change it. I've tried a different socket that I know is working to confirm the fault lies in the device/ it's power supply. I've tried the reset button and also unplugging it for 24 hours and still no difference.

It's a version 2 Sure Signal device Model 9361 Home Cell V2-V, Part No. 3JR09110ABBA, Serial No. 40112444779, MAC@: 5067F0728545.

Hi chriswalder,

Do you know anyone with a version 2 Sure Signal who would allow you to try their power supply?

This would indicate whether it’s the cause.

If the unit still fails to work, it suggests it’s faulty and would need sending for repair.

The repair will be free of charge if the Sure Signal is under two years old.

If it’s older than this, you may wish to consider a new Sure Signal for £100.
