My sure signal 2 was working fine. I changed my phone and two others. New sim cards. As i was owner i couldnt de-register my phone then re-register. So i de-registered the sure signal. Re-rgistered it and have received a text from vodafone to say it is active again and should be able to connect, But no phones will connect. It is connect to the same router and same port forwarding settings. Please could you re-sync at your end and then i will try reset at this end.

Hi,
From my understanding if a sim swap is processed then the de register of the number has to be done for a period of 24 hours.
Perhaps customer service via 191 or Live Chat can help you.
