Sure Signal 3 - Static Power Light only

Having problems with my Sure Signal. It has been 'fine' since purchase - nothing a quick power on/off wouldn't sort. Now it has been down for over two days, and no resolution.

Hi flipifymedia,

 

Everything you've posted there looks OK.

 

I've resynched the Sure Signal to clear any minor bugs. Give it a reset to pick this up:

 

  • Unplug the ethernet cable from the Sure Signal
  • Locate the button on the base of the box next to the Ethernet ports
  • Press and hold the button for approximately 30 seconds
  • Once the lights come back on, release the button
  • Plug the cable back in
  • Allow around one hour for the Sure Signal to come back online.

Worked a treat. Is there anyway I can resync myself in the future, in case of any problems? I didn't see the option in the account management.

There is an option to do a resync on the Sure Signal dashboard, if for any reason you can't see this let us know and we can always do it for you.
