Hi

My Sure Sgnal 3 has stopped working having been fine since November last year. I have a solid red light and a slow flashing internet light and nothing else.

I have de-registered and re-registered it and tried the reset as suggested in your troubleshooting pages

I have run the ping and other tests and the results are as follows:

Ping 65 & 67 ms

Download 6.88Mbps

Upload 0.37 Mbps

IP Add is 88.108.250.184

IPV6 Add is ::ffff:586c:fab8

Results of the Traceroute as follows:

Hi gbutler1,

From what I can see, your upload speed is quite low which could be causing a few problems.

Also, the traceroute isn’t showing as reaching our server, so it sounds like it could be being blocked by your router or internet provider.

Have there been any updates pushed out by your internet provider recently?

If not, I would completely deregister and register it again after one hour to see if this configures the router again for you.

If this doesn’t work, the next step is to go through the port forwarding instructions here.

James

Hi

No updates have been pushed out by my IP as far as I am aware, I will de-register and wait 1 hour before re-registering as you suggest and see where that gets us.

Regards
