Hi My Sure Signal 3 has been 5% reliable over the past 3-4 days. I have hard reset it twice. Sometimes it takes it overnight to connect back to vodafone. My iphone very rearly gets any bars from it.
Serial Number is: 42152479806
We manage it through my partners vodafone account as I have a corporate vodafone mobile

I have followed all your troubleshooting steps using the links repeatedly posted on the forums. Nothing is working.
I am missing so many important phone calls. I use this for work.

@tariqmc Can you take a look at our Sure Signal Troubleshooting thread once more, and then post back your results?
Once we've got your results, we'll be able to investigate further from our end.

I called support when you asked. They expalined that there was a national issue, So I waited another 3-4 days.
Then I removed all the numbers from SureSignal and deregstered it. I pressed hard reset for 30 secs and powered it off at the mains. Then still holding hard reset for another 30 seconds I powered it back up.
I registered it and then added my phone numbers back. It worked for 1-2 days and then stopped working. The red Light is on. The Next two other lights are on - both Solid.
What do you see on your end?
I've basically had little or no service for almost 3 weeks now.

Please allow up to 6 hours before the device starts working again.

Red Light is on. Next two lights are solid on.

@tariqmcOur Tech team have remotely completed a full factory reset of your Sure Signal.
You will see a solid red and a white flashing light over the next couple of hours.
Please leave the box for 6 hours before restarting your phones, by tuning them off and back on again.

Hi
It worked for 2 days after you reset it. Since then, it only works for a few hours a day. For the past few days it has not worked at all.
The tracert shows we can't reach you from Virgin Media.
Do you have a national problem here?
Please can you tell me what is being done about it?
Is this problem affecting iphone users only? I have tried leaving them in 3G mode only.
This is getting very frustrating now. I pretty sure this has been going on for over a month now.

I am wondering if there is a bigger issue. I have logged an almost identical problem to yourself. Hard reset lots of timesm if you login onto My Vodafone it looks OK and all number associated OK. Lights all OK. I have followed all the troubleshooting and still down. Not acceptible as we get 0 bars without the box (4-5 with)
There does appear to be lots of people logging issues.
Ours was previously OK for months, had to do a hard reset twice, but on both occasions this fixed it within 2 hours.
Have not changed Boradband or router - they are both OK
I will monitor your resolution and feedback.
