Hi,
I purchased and set up my sure signal 3 in November and up until last week it was working fine. Now all I get is the red light.
Any suggestions on what I need to do?

Hi gordon-a1,
Unfortunately we're unable to advise how to use third party equipment like your router.
However if your ISP supplied it I'm confident Sky can help you if you're unsure how to assign an IP.

If anyone is trying to use a vodafone SS3 with old sky sagem router, you may find you get problems. got it replaced with new sky hub and immediately ss3 started to work.

Hi Tuffareo,
Please follow the instructions here to manually configure port-forwarding on your router.
If this doesn't help, you'll need to speak to your internet service provided about a static IP address.
