Sure Signal Connected but.......

The lights are working on my Sure Signal unit but the connection to all 3 phones are not working.

My serial number is 40131568053.

I have rebooted all phones and they wont connect.

The results of a traceroute.

Your Sure Signal serial number:

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

Please can you confirm when my unit last connected to your servers?

All 3 phones are not connecting to the unit although the working lights are on.

The Sure Signal connected to the server last night at 21:08.

This was just after you added some numbers.

Has this resolved things for you?

Also let us know which lights you're seeing.
