my phone is over dropping network ,phone always on but people call me and say its off,have tried checking all possible app but their ok now what should i do.my really dying its over dropping network everytime,have changed diiferent lines but all the same,am dying.hellen

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.
