This is happening on a regular basis, is it because my SS is old? Or is it a different reason? My broadband seems quite stable, but is it fast enough for SS? It was fine when I first got the SS and speed has been improved since then. But with SS firmware upgrades, is this the case now?

Hi scaramanga207
Your Traceroute looks fine to me.
I can see your SS connected to our servers yesterday at 17:59. Can you confirm if everything is running ok? If not can you perform a rest?
VSS Factory Reset
* Hold the reset button till all the lights come on or flash (about 30 seconds)
* Keeping the rest button held, remove and re-insert the power lead
* Once all the lights come on or flash, release the reset button
* The VSS should come online within the hour
Thanks
Sukhi
