Have recently moved house, but unfortunately Vodafone signal isn't the best here....1 / 2 bars and no 3G
We had an old Sure Signal that we used previously, so re-registered it online, connected it and brilliant - full signal!
This worked flawlessly for nearly 2 weeks up untill a couple of day's ago when I noticed I was only getting 1 bar of signal again. Lights 1,2 and 4 are solid green but light 3 doesn't flash now when making a call. Seems like the sure signal just isnt connecting to our phones....? Also keep receiving txt messages saying "we've noticed your sure signal has moved, please update the postcode on your account" - which I have done and is the correct postcode!
Have tried re setting and even leaving the sure signal unplugged for an hour or so to see if this resolves the issue, but still no luck.

The results of a traceroute.
Your Sure Signal serial number:
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
