I bought a Sure Signal (3) a couple of months ago and have never been able to get it working. The power light is on (red) and the Internet and In Service Lights are both on (white) . However the In Use light is not coming on at all and so the sure signal is not working for me.
I have looked at the troubleshooting giude but there are no instructions for this eventuality. I have tried resetting the device by holding the reset button down for 30 seconds but an hour later there is still no fiunctionality.

Any help would be appreciated as the reception in my house is currently preety woefull.

Actually- ignore all that. It's now working
