Sure Signal Issues

Can anyone help?My Sure Signal hasn't worked for a couple of weeks,I had an issue with an old wireless router so left it till I got a new one.
I have installed my new router today and for the first half hour my Sure Signal worked, however it has stopped working again, for no apparent reason as I have done nothing to my system since installing my new router.
I have a version 1,all of my lights are on to indicate its working correctly, but I have no phone signal and cannot connect to the internet via mobile data.
I have followed all reset advice, switchedd on and off, nothing works......even more annoying because the lights on my Sure Signal suggest its working fine....but get no signal on my phone!!!!!
All other things on my system work,I can connect via wireless,my PC is working,my tablet is working,my laptop is working,my sons XBox connection is working...its just my Sure Signal that isnt-..well it says it is,but gives me no signal on my phone.
I've had it for 2 years but now seems a waste of money to keep it if its never worked properly....luckily my contract expires soon!!!
Any help would help

Hi smudgersmith,

I'd take a look at our Sure Signal Troubleshooting thread. If this doesn’t sort things, post the following information so we can investigate:

 - Your Sure Signal serial number.

 - Your speed test results from here.
 - Your ping test results from here.
 - Your external IP address from here.

Also, run a traceroute and paste the results here:

On a PC

- Click on Start and select Run.

- Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok.

- A black box will appear.

- In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 and press Enter.

On a Mac

- Open Terminal (Applications, Utilities).

- Type traceroute 212.183.133.177 and press Enter.
