Hi maxscott,
Thanks for supplying your details. Everything checks out fine with your IP, speedtest and traceroute results. Your Sure Signal also contacted our servers OK last night around 8:46pm.
I'm put a manual synchronisation through just in case you're still struggling. To complete it can you reset the unit and leave it for an hour or so to update?
