Sure Signal Issues

I have had a sure signal box for 6 years since I moved in to my new house. Since I got my HTC 18 months ago it has never been the same. I have just got a new upgrade to a HTC M8 and basically it just doesn't work. Any help would be appreciated. Is the sure signal I have out dated and not compatible with new smart phone? Is it my phone.

I've done a reset but still not having any joy. Went through many sequences

I have rebooted and 're registered my sure signal box still no joy.
