I have a new I Phone 5 which will not connect to my SS, I have de-registered and re-registered the SS and have put my phone in aeroplane mode for 10 minutes and then tried again but still no go.
The phone connects via 3G elsewhere. could you re-sync my sure signal serial number:21231524311
I have done a papthping all ok and my broadband is 20 meg down a 1 meg up

Hi barman,
I’ve re-synced this for you today. Please perform a factory reset as follows:
-Hold in the reset button until all lights go solid
-Pull the power lead out with the reset button still pushed in
-Continue to hold down the reset button and reconnect the power lead
-Wait for all lights to come on and then release the reset button
Flagpole – is this working ok now? If you’d like us to re-sync this, just let me know your serial number.
