I am trying to transfer my sure signal but when the new user (my wife) tries to register I get an error message saying "Sorry - there seems to be a problem. We're working hard to fix the issue, so please try again later.: 500, 1013".
I have waited a week and it's still the same. The sure signal serial number is 401 336 521 03. What's the problem here?
