Recently upgraded to Samsung S4 but even though other 'fones connect to Sure Signal this one will not. Have tried resetting both 'fone and SS to no avail. Anybody know why this should be please?

Reading through the other posts this is a stock reply which is sent. The SS works fine with other mobiles in the house it is ONLY the Samsung S4 which does not pick up a signal, we were using the old sim in the prvious handset with no problem, as soon as we siwtched to the micro sim in the Samsung ... nothing. Yet the IPhone and other handsets are fine, why should this be?

Hi gsimons_tel,
Is it only your number that’s having trouble?
When you got the new phone, were you given a new SIM?
If yes, when did you change the SIM?
If this is more than 48 hours ago, I’d change the ownership of the Sure signal to another number, remove your number, leave it for one hour, add your number back on and then transfer the ownership back.
Alternatively you can also deregister the Sure Signal for an hour before registering it again.

Hi James
Yes I did have a new micro sim to change to and did the change at the weekend on Saturday
Think it's only my number on the sure signal, so it would be easier to deregister it then?
