Sure Signal Samsung Galaxy S4 Does Not Connect through Sure Signal

Recently upgraded to Samsung S4 but even though other 'fones connect to Sure Signal this one will not. Have tried resetting both 'fone and SS to no avail. Anybody know why this should be please?

Deregister the Sure Signal last night and a few hours later registered it again and it works fine now thanks

When a new SIM is introduced for a new number it needs to be reregistered.

Do you mean when a new SIM for an existing number is introduced?

Hi oli_ree,

It should usually update within 24 hours although we’ve seen some examples where it needs re registering if there’s been a SIM change for an existing number.

Hi, i'm having problems with my partners Samsung galaxy s4 mini connecting to my suresignal. Its constantly showing emergency calls only but my samsung galaxy s5 works perfectly. anyone else having the same problems?

Can you confirm that you've added the number to your Sure Signal?

You can double check this by logging in your dashboard.
