My Sure Signal did work for a little bit but has since stopped working no matter what I try
I did a traceroute also tonight shown below:
I have done a full reset, rebooted the router many times, changed ethernet cables and also deregistered and regeristered and I am still getting the same issue.
What light sequence you're seeing: Solid red light then next one is a white one flashing slowly.

Im sure a Vodafone Tech Team member will be along soon to help.
One tip I see on the eforum is to de register , wait 24 hours then re register and then reboot the phone. Just a thought.

After performing a number of resets last night as well as deregistering and then re-registering the SS, things seem to have started working again this morning. So for now all looks good.

The light sequence you described indicates the Sure Signal was initialising which can take up to six hours.
