It worked for a bit and now not working again. I have all 3 lights on, but phone says no service. I tried turning the phone to 3G only - no difference.

@Akex - my V1 SS is still not working - slow flashing internet light. Any ideas?

@Vanessamp Please take a look at our Sure Signal Troubleshooting thread, then post back your results if you’re not directed to an existing thread.
The light sequence you've mentioned indicates there's an issue with your ISP (internet service provider) reaching your Sure Signal.
Please ensure your router is configured to allow port-forwarding to your Sure Signal.
