I need to move 2 Sure Signals from one account to my other account, which I already know I can do via 'Manage My Sure Signal' in myVodafone (I have separate logins already). I have two questions I couldn't find the answer to though:
1. Does the SS have to be on for the transfer to be proceseed? One of the SS's is in a holiday home and is currently turned off but the account it is currently associated with will be closed before it can be turned on again. I don't want the SS to be a brick when we next turn it on.
2. Do existing users registered to the SS get transferred over, or does the new 'owner' have to start from scratch?

Hi slydogjonah,
1. We would recommend doing the transfer as close to when you have access to the Sure Signal as possible. If it's a few days this won't make a difference but it could cause problems if you transfer and then it isn't switched on for a few months.
2. Yes, the new owner will need to re-register all numbers.
