Hi - exactly the same scenario as a post in 2014, my sure signal has stopped working completely after having purchased it for £100 2 years ago. There are no lights whatsoever although the power is working.

Unplug it straightaway please and contact Customer Services.
The SS has a 24 month manufacturing Warranty but people with the v3 SS are still being assisted anyway.

The Sure Signal has a two year warranty, by the sound of things your device has failed. If you have had it less than two years, take it into a Vodafone Store for repair. If it is outside of the warranty period, it will need to be replaced.
