Sure Signal V1 - constant flashing power light. Tried everything, firmware update?

I have a SS V1. Moved house and switched broadband providers to Satellite broadband. SS worked fine at this point. Then, as satellite broadband was awful, switched back to BT Homehub 4 (via phoneline - no fibre in the sticks) and SS has stopped working. I've reset it numerous times, spoken to Vodafone support - who didn't, replaced the cable, tried port forwarding as per other post recommendations, reset the router, opened up the firewall etc all to no avail. Stumped and am about to give up the ghost unless someone can assist. Serial number is 21224321410. Can anyone help?

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.
