My V1 Sure Signal has stopped working about 72hrs ago and whether or not this is related I have received notifications that Sure Signal has been moved to a new address (but it has not changed since purchased 4yrs ago). With advice on the forum I have changed to different post code and back again to correct postcode but no change after that.
I have completed a full factory reset - the 1,2,4 lights come back on after 5-10mins but no signal at all on two different phones (both of which have worked perfectly for 3-4yrs)

Hi Gemma, I am afraid it is still not working, absolutely no signal in my phone. The Sure Signal Unit is showing Green lights on 1,2 and 4. They are sold with no flicker at all.
Other connections to the Internet remain working and have not changed. The only other point that I could make its that we did suffer a power cut last Wednesday; but where we are there are power cuts every 3-6 months and they have not caused a problem previously.
Hope you can help further as there is literally no Vodafone signal at our house.

Thanks for the getting back.
I'm going to force an update down to your Sure Signal if the de-registration didn't clear things up after the power cut.
It's crucial you keep the unit connected for 24 hours. You may need to reset any connected phones this time tomorrow for the update to take effect.

Hi, the unit will be connected for the next 24 hrs (and more - this VSS is connected 24x7)
I shall watch out for changes around this time tomorrow including restarting the phones.
