Sure Signal V1 not working for about a month

In common with many in this fourm my sure signal lost connection roughly a month ago after several years of more or less uninterupted service.

I have tried resetting as suggested in the troubleshooting guide to no avail.

Its serial no is 21197179951

Hi @squib,

The light sequence signifies that your Sure Signal is configuring. This is something that normally happens when your Sure Signal is first starting.

Have you had a power cut or outage recently?

This may have reset your router settings. Please can you follow the instructions here and let us know how you get on.
