The issue you’re experiencing:
Sure Signal V1 was working OK until I cancelled the number it was registered to. Registered it (and another Sure vignal V3) to a different phone on the account. V3 working OK (different house) but V1 will not reconnect. Tried resetting as instructed by Vodafone Help Desk and changed cable to router as instructed. Still won't start 26 hours later.
What light sequence you're seeing:
All lights go off.
Top light (power) comes on steady
@ light comes on, flashes for a while an dthen goes steady
Bottom (tick) light flashes fro a while
All lights go off... repeat of sequence

Hi Hartley,
As with many V1 Sure Signals of recent months and looking at your light sequence, I think your problem is a degraded power supply.
Have a look at the first post of this link and see if you agree.......
If you require another power supply, they are readily available on Amazon or Ebay and cost around £10-12 delivered.
At least you can replace this one, which is something you can't do on the V3. :smileyfrustrated:
Regards,
Mike

Thanks Mike,
tried a 12v 2A PSU I had lying around and SS now works.
Great cheap fix.
