Hi

While your traceroute is looked at.

It may also be worth trying a different power supply with the SureSignal (Version 1 & 2 ), as there have been some reports of replacement power supplies solving the issues. Even if lights / power are showing. They are available on eBay for around £10.

From member cineriv "But firstly, have a look around for a suitable unit with a 12 Volt output @ around 1.5Amp capacity that you could 'borrow' to prove the fault. Suitable units can be found on external hard drives, monitors, printers, routers etc.etc."

@JennyMB Double check the serial number of your Sure Signal, as it's showing as unregistered.

Well., I guess that accounts for why the SureSignal stopped working - someone must have pulled a plug out at your end!  Just double-checiked and serial number is 40111124752.  Can you please re-register it?

@JennyMB Apologies for the delay in getting back to you.

I can see your Vodafone Sure Signal is now showing as registered and up to date on our server.

Let us know if you need any further help.

Sorry I couldn't get back sooner to close this thread.  Thanks to those who responded to my post.  As someone had apparently unregistered my SureSignal I re-registered it on my daughter's account (as my 'phone is on her account) to sve hassle.  Working ok now.
