Sure Signal V3 Dead, No lights

My Sure Signal V3 has been working for around a year, then all of a sudden it is completely dead, no lights come on. I spoke to live help and the told me to call, which I have and I have been told only 12 months warranty. Firstly how can I see if mine is still in warranty? Secondly I have read a lot of posts saying it is a 24 month warranty? Surely they devices should work form longer for a year the price they are...

I have the same problem - SureSignal3 dead with no lights. It has been working fine. Any ideas appreciated,

Vodafone have tried to call me a few times but I dont get signal at work and now don't get it at home now that my sure signal is dead.

 

Spoke to an agent on chat and they asked me to take it to a store (wouldnt tell me how old my sure signal was or whether it was covered) reading the stories on here you will get fobbed off by a 12 month warranty if you take it to store. The amount of people complaining on here this is clearly a design fault/poorly built product and Vodafone should be stepping up to replace these.
