Sure Signal V3 Error Message

I have already registered one number without any problems.

 

When I try to add the second I repeatedly get the error message:

 

Sorry – there seems to be a problem.

We're working hard to fix the issue, so please try again later.: 500, 2004

 

 

Yes it is a Vodafone SIM in the phone, and the phone is online.

 

Any ideas ? Is the problem really on the Vodafone side? Thanks!

It could be a System glitch - If so these typically self resolve. 

 

You could speak to Customer Services  to see if they can help if the 'glitch' does not clear as they have Account Access.
