My sure signal V3 is apparently working, but my phone doesn't pick up 3G signal. The red power light is on and the next two lights are solid.
It has been working in the past, but then started to become intermittent and now has not worked at all for several weeks. I have tried numerous resets of the Sure Signal.

Do you have any other phones using the Sure Signal?
Do they work ok?
Does your phone have 3G switched on?
What is the coverage like without the Sure Signal?
Have you tried removed and then re-adding your number to it?

Many thanks for getting back to me.
Only my phone on the Suresignal as it is a work phone. My phone does have 3G switched on and I've experimented with other settings to no avail. There is no coverage without the Suresignal - I live right at the bottom of a valley that seems to stop all Vodafone signal. I have tried removed and re-adding my number to it twice but again that was no use.

It sounds like the Sure Signal could be faulty.
I’d suggest popping into your local Vodafone store to have this sent away for repair.
